“Please take a moment to read. This man was an integral part of me making it through Chad’s deployment. A true treasure in a difficult time. VERY inspirational. Thank you again, Sporty!” ~ Diane Bagwell, Military Spouse, South Carolina Army National Guard

There’s a high calling on our Military Families! We ask them to turn their emotions on and off in an instant… AND THEY DO IT!!! My compassionate delivery gives and reminds them to give themselves credit for answering the high calling on their lives and seeing themselves as important pieces of our puzzle!!!

This will open to the page where I had a feature article on Transformational Growth in the 2018 Winter Edition on Combat Stress through the American Institute of Stress Magazine. We are hoping to make this an annual issue.

THEIR ENERGY INSPIRES ME TO ADD THE RIGHT TOUCH OF HUMOR.

Service Members get Basic Training, and the opportunity to be mission-focused with like-minded individuals. Military Families get to figure out how to stay focused, finding the external resources while building internal resiliency. I call them Silent Heroes, and pray for them both.

Join me, and let’s build the story with an entertaining, interactive conversation about LIFE (Lessons Intended For Everyone)!

What a great opportunity I’ve gotten to be a part of the Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program, delivering weekend sessions and retention support to Service and Family Members going through the Deployment Cycle.

One soldier enjoyed the session so much that he had a confession to make the following day:

during my opening on Saturday he sat and wished I’d hurry up and sit down, because he had to go to the bathroom.

Enjoy this fun, insightful article written about my presentation at Natick, MA Army Base
